General conditions
The prices are indicated per apartment per day (full occupancy). During the main tourist season the apartments are rented only from saturday till saturday.
In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, would take into account your special requirements.
All prices include: VAT, water, heating, electricity, final cleaning, towels with midweek change, WI-FI connection, ski-deposit directly at the ski lift Miara for 3-4 sets of skis (for apartment 6 there is space for 6-8 stes of skis), parking garage with one slot per unit (unit 6 has two slots). Arriving with multiple cars there is no parking guaranty.
To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EUR 3.20 per person (over 14 years old) per day.
Additional services:
token-operated washing machine and tumble dryer, fresh bread delivery and milk.
Rental E-bike Full suspention during summer months - limited availability, you should book in advance.
One dog is allowed (we do not accept cats).
Reservation is considered binding only after the payment of the requested deposit.
Cancellation policy (according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006):
We are not responsible for forgotten items.
Check-in: from 3 p.m. till 9 p.m. (after 9 p.m. upon prior agreement).
Check-out: till 10 a.m.
Smoking is not allowed in all apartments.
Customers who are not staying at Residence Bun Sté are not allowed to visit our apartments (from 10 p.m. it's quiet night).
GUEST PASS:
• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. ▪ The personal data provided will be transmitted to the single coordinating body of the Guest Pass in order to enable the creation and use of the Guest Pass and to provide the associated services.
▪ Recipient In connection with the issue of the Guest Pass, your data will be transmitted to the Mobilitätskonsortium, VAT Nr. 02735170215, which acts as the cardholder and unified coordinating body and assumes the role of autonomous data controller in processing the transferred data. For further information regarding the processing to which the data will be subjected, you can send an email to privacy@moko.bz.it.
▪The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR.

- From 30 to 15 days before the arrival, cancellation penalty 50% of the total price of your stay
- Within 14 days before the arrival, cancellation penalty 100% of the total price of your stay
